The `new_coldkey` passed to `swap_coldkey_announced` (`btcli wallet swap-coldkey`) hashes to a different value than the hash committed in the earlier `announce_coldkey_swap` (`btcli wallet announce-coldkey-swap`). Use the same new coldkey you announced; check status with `btcli wallet swap-check`.
